Deposit amount

In order to confirm a booking,
A 30% deposit is required.
The remaining balance, must be paid 45 days prior to arrival.

Deposit Payment Method

We can only accept payments online for your villa rental, by either credit, prepaid, debit card or Pay Pal .We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express credit cards only.

Our on-line payment system uses paypal completely secure & encrypted site and you just need to follow the instructions displayed.

You will receive an automated email as confirmation for the villa booking. Should you require a special invoice / confirmation, please contact us

Cancellation policy

For Booking Cancellations

46 days prior to arrival there’s no charge and you get 100% refunded.
31-45 days prior to arrival there’s a charge of 50% of the cost of your booking
0 – 30 days before arrival we are sorry but the charge will be 100% of your booking cost.
